Dead on Arrival, Damaged, Product Mismatch, or Missing Items

Any claims related to products that arrive dead on arrival, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon receipt and promptly notifying our team of any discrepancies.

Return Policy

Standard Returns

Speedy Distros accepts returns for unopened items purchased from speedydistros.com, provided they are requested within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns may be processed as store credit, a refund, or an exchange. However, returns based solely on customer dissatisfaction with product performance or flavor are not accepted.

The defective item must be returned to our facility before we can issue store credit or a refund.
